Methyl-B12 Oral Spray is a sublingual vitamin B12 supplement that skips capsules and tablets altogether in favour of a quick spray under the tongue. Each spray delivers 100µg of B12 in its methylcobalamin form, which is the active form the body uses directly rather than having to convert it first. The 25ml bottle holds around 125 sprays, so at the recommended one spray a day it lasts roughly four months. It's finished in a natural cherry flavour and sweetened with xylitol rather than sugar, and the formula is vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free.
