2. Using our website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

3. Products

Our products are food supplements and sports nutrition products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake stated on the label. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, consult your doctor before use.

We make every effort to display product information, ingredients and images accurately. Manufacturers may change formulations and packaging, so always read the label on the product you receive before use.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud, in which case we will refund any payment in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellations and returns

Your right to cancel and return products is set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission. Third-party brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes are subject to their own terms, cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers. We may withdraw a promotion at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order will apply to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
