Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

UK delivery

• Standard Delivery – £4.99, free on orders of £50 or more – usually 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• Express Delivery – £6.99 – usually 1–2 working days after dispatch.

European Union

Standard International – £14.99 – usually 5–10 working days after dispatch.

Rest of the world

We ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, the UAE, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Israel. Standard International – £23.99 – usually 7–14 working days after dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

Delays and lost parcels

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch (UK) or 20 working days (international), please contact hello@nutriprovita.co.uk and we'll investigate with the courier.

Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully. We can't be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
