Every 12.8g scoop is loaded with a big dose of citrulline, beta-alanine and taurine alongside a caffeine complex pulled from eight different sources, giving you a long, steady wave of energy rather than a quick spike and crash. Each scoop delivers 4000mg of L-Citrulline and 2500mg of Beta-Alanine to help push training volume and support that skin tight pump in the gym, plus 2000mg of Taurine and 750mg of N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine to help keep you locked in and focused set after set. The energy side of the formula combines 350mg of caffeine anhydrous with dicaffeine malate, green tea extract, yerba mate, guarana and green coffee extract, adding up to a caffeine complex of around 470mg per serving, alongside vitamin B3 and B12 which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
