Perfectil® Plus Nails contains the following active ingredients per 2 tablets: Horsetail Botanical Extract 200mg; MSM 200mg; Grape Seed Extract 15mg; Co-Enzyme Q10 5mg; L-Methionine 30mg; L-Cystine 30mg; Natural Mixed Carotenoids 2mg; Citrus Bioflavonoids 15mg; Vitamin D (as D3 800 IU) 20mcg; Vitamin E 40mg; Vitamin C 80mg; Thiamin 8mg; Riboflavin 4mg; Niacin 18mg; Vitamin B6 10mg; Folacin 400mcg; Vitamin B12 20mcg; Biotin 150mcg; Pantothenic Acid 40mg; Calcium 400mg; Magnesium 75mg; Iron 14mg; Zinc 15mg; Copper 1000 mcg; Manganese 2mg; Selenium 100mcg; Chromium 40mcg; Iodine 200mcg.

Directions:

Two tablets per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Not to be chewed. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Perfectil Plus Nails should only be taken on a full stomach.
