You have the right to return most new, unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order. We offer different options based on the reason for return:
1. Unwanted Products / Change of Mind

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

Return must be initiated within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us

Refunds will be issued once items are inspected

2. Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Products

3. Dislike of Flavour or Product Taste

Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used consumable items (e.g., supplements, vitamins) unless they are faulty
