Vitamin B Complex + Vitamin C & E (90 Tablets)

Vitamin B Complex + Vitamin C & E brings all eight B vitamins together with vitamin C and vitamin E in a single daily tablet. Each tablet provides thiamine (B1) 1.1mg, riboflavin (B2) 1.4mg, niacin (B3) 16mg, pantothenic acid (B5) 6mg, vitamin B6 1.4mg, biotin (B7) 50µg, folic acid (B9) 200µg and vitamin B12 25µg, alongside vitamin C 80mg and vitamin E 12mg, covering 100% of the Reference Intake for most of these nutrients. Together, the B vitamins contribute to normal energy yielding metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue, while also supporting normal psychological function and normal function of the nervous system. Vitamin C adds extra support for the normal function of the immune system and contributes to normal collagen formation, and vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Directions for use: take one tablet daily, ideally before your first meal, with a glass of water, as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The tablets are made in a facility that also processes fish derived ingredients, so trace amounts may be present, and anyone with a fish allergy, or who is pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing an existing health condition, should check with a doctor or pharmacist before use. Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, out of reach of young children. Each tub contains 90 tablets, giving roughly three months of daily use.
