Description
Super Collagen + Vitamin C & Biotin combines grass-fed hydrolysed collagen with vitamin C and biotin in an easy-to-swallow caplet, formulated to support healthy hair, skin and nails as part of a balanced diet. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, while biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair. Each caplet is made without soy, wheat, lactose, starch or artificial flavours, with vegetable magnesium stearate as the only other ingredient.
The recommended serving is 6 caplets a day, best taken with food and water, and each bottle of 180 caplets provides 30 servings. Every serving supplies 5g of protein from hydrolysed collagen, 60mg of vitamin C and 5000mcg of biotin, alongside 20 calories and 30mg of sodium.
