Ultra Lyte Magnesium Glycinate Capsules deliver magnesium in its glycinate form, paired with ConcenTrace® Trace Mineral Complex for a fuller mineral profile in every serving. Each serving of three capsules provides 2000mg of magnesium glycinate, supplying 400mg of elemental magnesium, which contributes to normal muscle function, normal functioning of the nervous system, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The capsules are made with rice flour and Nu-Flow® rice hulls, housed in a vegetable capsule shell, and there are no known allergens in the formula.

This is a vegan friendly formula built for everyday supplementation, whether you're topping up your mineral intake, supporting recovery after training, or winding down in the evening. It's available in 90 capsule and 180 capsule packs, giving you 30 or 60 servings respectively at the recommended dose of three capsules a day.
