ICE Creatine Powder (300g)

ICE Creatine Powder | FA Fitness Authority

ICE Creatine is a straightforward creatine monohydrate powder built for anyone who wants a clean, effective dose without the sugar or fillers. Each 5g scoop delivers 4g of pure creatine monohydrate, one of the most studied ingredients in sports nutrition. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short term, high intensity exercise, making it a staple for lifters, sprinters and anyone training hard several times a week. The formula is enhanced with EVERCOOL, a cooling ingredient that gives the drink a refreshing, icy sensation as you take it, a nice change from the usual chalky pre workout style mix.

Each 300g tub is sugar free and fat free, and dissolves easily in water so there is no gritty residue left in the shaker. Simply mix one scoop (5g) with around 150ml of water and drink it around your training session, on rest days a scoop with a meal works just as well to help keep your muscle creatine stores topped up. With roughly 60 servings per tub this works out to a low cost per serving, and it is available in Citrus Peach, Dragon Fruit and Mango Passion Fruit so you can pick whichever flavour suits you best.
