Description
Citrus Bergamot is a concentrated extract taken from the peel of the Citrus bergamia fruit, grown mainly along the Calabrian coast of southern Italy. Each capsule is made using a 25:1 extraction process and standardised to 38% polyphenols, giving a consistent, high strength dose of the plant compounds bergamot is best known for. Polyphenols such as neoeriocitrin, naringin and neohesperidin are the flavonoids associated with bergamot's traditional use, and this formula is built to deliver a meaningful amount of them in just two capsules a day.
Each serving of two capsules provides 1200mg of Citrus Bergamot Extract, working out to 456mg of polyphenols per day. The capsules are vegan and vegetarian friendly, made with a plant based Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose shell, and the formula is Informed Sport tested, so it suits competing athletes who need extra assurance about what's in their supplements. Beyond the core extract, the only other ingredients are anti caking agents used to keep the capsules free flowing during manufacture. Take two capsules daily, ideally with a meal, and store the bottle somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight, to keep it at its best.
