Animal Pump
Description
Animal Pump is a three-part pre-workout system from Universal Nutrition, built around a full daily dose of advanced creatines rather than the usual single-source scoop. Instead of a tub of powder, each daily dose comes as a pre-measured foil pack of tablets, split into a creatine matrix, a nitric oxide blast complex, a pump transport complex and an antioxidant complex, plus one separate red capsule that holds the entire stimulant blend on its own.
That last part is what people tend to remember Animal Pump for. Because the caffeine and other stimulants sit in their own capsule, you can simply leave the red one out of the pack on a night session or if you're sensitive to caffeine, and take the rest of the complex as normal. Each box holds 30 packs (9 tablets per pack), so it's a full month of dosing without any measuring, scooping or clumping to deal with, just tear open a pack and go.
Take one pack around 30 to 45 minutes before training, ideally on an empty stomach, and stick with it daily including rest days for the creatine matrix to keep topped up. It's a straightforward way to get a proper pump-focused pre-workout dosed in full, without having to mix anything.
