Omega 3 Fatty Acids are the fatty acids found in oily fish that give them their reputation as ‘brain food’. The Omega 3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) serve important roles in the body, contributing to normal heart function, brain function and vision.

OMEGA 3 FISH OIL
This pure fish oil is obtained from shoaling fish such as anchovies and sardines. Three 1000mg capsules provides 1050mg Omega 3 fatty acids DHA & EPA, sufficient to support the normal function of a healthy heart, brain and eyes
DIRECTIONS: Food Supplement. Take 1 – 3 capsules each day with a little water.
