What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery prices are automatically calculated:

  • Up to 2.5kg – £2.99
  • 2.5kg – 10kg – £4.95
  • 10kg – 20kg – £9.90

Free delivery on orders over £150.00!

How long will delivery take?

STANDARD DELIVERY: 

  • 2-3 Working Days

NEXT WORKING DAY:

  • Orders placed before 2pm

 

I received the wrong product/favour, what do I do

If you have mistakenly received an incorrect product or flavour, please get in touch with us via: nutriprovita@gmail.com to notify us of the mistake. Before getting in touch, please check your order, to confirm that a product selection mistake has not been made, as this is a regular occurence. Please use title: WRONG PRODUCT[your-order-number]. 

I put the wrong delivery address, what do I do?

As soon as you are aware of a mistake in your delivery address, please let us know. The sooner we are aware of an issue of this nature, the faster we can get your order on track.

If your order has already been processed, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend the details.

If your order is already out for delivery to the incorrect address, we will need to wait for the order to return, before we can resend it to the correct address.
